HALLOWEEN
because the rebels and their family are still on lockdown through halloween the idea of having a pumpkin carving, trick or treating, "family style" dinner was suggested. it is by no means a celebration or party, it's a quiet night trying to give the kids and families a little bit of normalcy and closeness during this tense time.



lockdown update as of 10.31.23 over the last week, as everyone acclimated to their temporary living situation, a schedule was worked out to allow for people to go home and collect clothing, medications, and anything else they may have needed.

pumpkin carving & trick or treating there will be pumpkins available for everyone to carve and many different types of stencils, outlines, paints, markers, etc for anyone needing help with their design. afterward all the kids will receive a candy bucket and, while there are no costumes, be able to go door to door at the lodge to trick or treat.
family style sit down dinner dinner will be hosted in the dining area attached to the kitchen. unlike the week prior, this will be sit down "family" style dinner.

dinner - pot roast & veggies. roast chicken. homemade biscuits. green beans. corn on the cob. collard greens. mac & cheese. peach cobbler & ice cream. pecan pie. assorted cookies.
rules (non-negotiable) one. no alcohol or drugs.
two. don't be stupid, no one is to go off-site.
three. clean up after yourselves.
